Opera (7.5x, 8.0.x, 8.5.x) is not the most popular web browser, but there are
two rather nasty problems when using Cartoweb:
1. The rubberbox is not semitransparent, but solid color, so its implementation
of semitransparency must be different from Firefox, IE and even Safari
2. The outline js fails completely, not retaining the current xy location of any
element draw, but always jumping back to the first starting point.
