[Cartoweb-dev] Install & Maintenance Scripts

I have downloaded Cartoweb and read the installation instructions. The documentation mentions that PHP 5.0.3 is required. I used the MS4W installation of Mapserver, PHP, etc. which includes PHP 4.3.7. There doesn't appear to be an MS4W installation with a newer version of PHP. Is there a way to upgrade to PHP 5.0.3 within the MS4W file structure? Can Cartoweb be used within the MS4W file structure?
