Just a small error at this line :
$ shp2pgsql aerofacp.shp airport > /tmp/aiport.sql <- here
$ psql -d demo_plugins -f /tmp/airport.sql

"/tmp/aiport.sql" is inccorect : "/tmp/aiRport.sql"

We got a error message, aiport.sql not found!
