There is a strange behavior when you change the transparency in "advanced"
outline plugin (with colorPicker) : the first time you change the value, the
transparency of all previously drawn polygons takes this new value. Subsequent
changes don't show this problem (that is only the new polygon takes the new
transparency value).
The bug is visible in demoPlugin
