When using the PDF GUI-mode "rotate" with PDF "extent" dhtml-ically drawn on the
viewer map, clicking on the "reset form" button makes the dhtml extent actually
disappear but generates also a JS error ("oParent has no properties in
x_cartoweb.js line 49") and the loading bar keeps displaying.
