Summary: if queryLayers parameter contain a non-existing layer,
it create a formular but cause error afterward
           Product: CartoWeb
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: PC
        OS/Version: All
            Status: NEW
          Severity: enhancement
          Priority: P2
         Component: Core
        AssignedTo: cartoweb-dev at lists.maptools.org
        ReportedBy: oliver.christen at camptocamp.com

If one add a layer in the queryLayers list (query.ini) that doesnt exist in the
mapfile, input are created for that layer in the query panel (interface) but
selecting any of the layers's option will cause a exceptions as soon as the user
do any action.

Possible fix would be to check the queryLayers list for validity before creating
the formular.
