When recentering on coords (x,y) with a crosshair symbol, the symbol color stays
unchanged even when updating client_conf/location.ini crosshairSymbolColor
parameter. 

Other parameters such as crosshairSymbol and crosshairSymbolSize are actually
taken into account. The color info is correctly transmitted in the request but
is probably overriden somewhere by a default/parasite value.

The color is not the same from a projet to another: always green for some
project, always blue for another. I wonder if there wouldn't be a conflict with
the outline point tool (with project test_main, the crosshair is blue as the
default oultine point color!!).
