when using the tooltips in mode Area Asynchronous, IE crash severly when the
user pass over a maped area and start dragging (clic-and-move) to perform a
query or zoom.

After that, the plugin tooltips still consider the mouse is inside the maped
area and hence do not want to allow more ajax request nor hide the previously
displayed infobox (in the case it was displayed).
