maybe this is unneeded.
the line:
cw3_initial_selected_tool = cw3_initial_selected_tool.replace(/pdfrotate/g,
"zoomin");
was initially added to prevent a javascript bug from happening. The cause of
that bug were not investigated in depth. So maybe fixing that bug and removing
the tool switch would also be an option
