[Cartoweb-dev] [Bug 1642] New: demo_routing.sql isn't in the directory specified in the doc

Section 1.2.3 of CartoWeb 3.3.0 Documentation states that the file
demo_routing.sql is located in the directory
projects/demoPlugins/server_conf/sql, which is not the case (that directory
doesn't even exist).

Instead demo_routing.sql is located in projects/demoCW3/server_conf/demoCW3/sql/
and in projects/demoPlugins/server_conf/demoPlugins/sql/ and is gzip'ed.

The doc must be changed to:

 - give the correct location directory;
 - specify that the file is gzip'ed and must be gunzip'ed prior to being executed.
