[Cartoweb-dev] ClientLayers::getPrintedLayers()

Hi list,

ClientLayers::getPrintedLayers() is also used to generate PDF export
legend icons. Now these icons accept various resolutions.

I just added a default value so getPrintedLayers can be used with two
parameters. This will also resolve tooltips problem.
