After installing CartoWeb, and accessing the demoCW3 project, it fails with the
error alert "An error has occured ...". This happens because the sqlite module
is not available.

It should show a comprehensible error message to the user, as sqlite module is
not installed by default on many systems, and lack of descriptions can confuse
the users trying the demo.
