in the current version of Cartoweb, the outputFormat used when doing an export
is the same as the default one defined in the mapfile.

the idea is to add a mecanism to handle a different outputFormat for the export.

for Cartoweb cvs older than 14.04.2008 or Cartoweb stable 3.4 or less, one needs
to extend the images plugin (see file attached). Enable the plugin in
server_conf/*projectname*/*projectname*.ini and add "pdfOutputFormat =
some_outputformat_name" in server_conf/*projectname*/images.ini
