When one modify (via the edit plugin or any other way) some features in a
postgis layer, Cartoweb do not detect the change if the map request is the same
before and after the modification, so the map image is taken from the cache
instead of generated anew and the modified feature is not displayed.

Frederic Back provided a patch to implement a check in MapResultCache.php to
prevent the use of cache if a parameter is set.
