Hello,

you get that kind of weird message ("Pot-Creation-Date : 2005-10-27...") 
when you passed an empty argument ("") to gettext.
I guess that you forgot to specify labels for your shortcuts in 
server-side location.ini. For instance:

shortcuts.0.label = my first shortcut
shortcuts.0.bbox = 532785, 152524, 532872, 152536
