[Cartoweb-users] Win32 pgdijkstra compilation

I have almost given up trying to compile the pgdijkstra extension. Sylvain has
been helping where he can but i am now appealing to anyone else out there who
has had any luck compiling the win32 version.

If you have instructions, or even better, the actual binary please let me and
Sylvain know.

Extremely frustrating after a while :)
