[Cartoweb-users] Found problem causing layers to not be selected

Hello all,

I found what was causing layers that I had clearly set as selected by default to not be selected when the project loads in my browser.  The mapfile.ini.in file is case sensitive.  I had several layers with the property initialMapstates set instead
of initialMapStates.  Correct spelling - missed that capital S in "States".  So, now all of my default settings are working with respect to map layer selection.
