[Cartoweb-users] Annoying Parse Error messages

this kind of error message usualy happens when one file was edited and some 
weird characters were left by the edition program.

line 47 of StructHandler.php is in the loadFromArray function which, 
according to the function header, "Returns a structure from an array loaded 
from a .ini" so I suppose one of your .ini file is somehow "corrupted". This 
is a pure supposition but try layers.ini and use a sane text editor, like 
emacs or editplus.
