[Cartoweb-users] wms layer problem

Hi list,

I'm trying to use WMS layer in my CartoWeb project, the layer worked well
before, but now I'm constantly getting this error:

Class : SoapFaultWrapper
Message : Mapserver error: Error in msDrawWMSLayerLow(): WMS GetMap request
failed for layer 'landsat' (Status -7: Failed connect to
onearth.jpl.nasa.gov:80; No error).
Error in msHTTPExecuteRequests(): HTTP: request failed with curl error code
7 (Failed connect to onearth.jpl.nasa.gov:80; No error) for
http://onearth.jpl.nasa.gov/wms.cgi?LAYERS=global%5Fmosaic&REQUEST=GetMap&SERVICE=WMS&FORMAT=image%2Fpng&STYLES=&HEIGHT=550&VERSION=1.1.1&SRS=EPSG:4326&WIDTH=600&BBOX=%2D93%2E9364373869271%2C40%2E677456236831%2C%2D72%2E4219283823613%2C53%2E1408353162273&TRANSPARENT=TRUE&EXCEPTIONS=application/vnd.ogc.se_inimage


but I can easily get this image if I simply copy and paste this link in  my
browser, it takes few seconds....

What's wrong?
