Just a notice,
Be careful if you uninstall cartoweb 3.1 with the windows uninstaller, as it
will most likely uninstall wamp and mysql too.
Which can be quite annoying if you use mysql for other applications.
So to be safe, backup your mysql database and/or wamp folder if you have
personnalised files in it.
