[Cartoweb-users] TEMPLATE "ttt"

If the TEMPLATE variable is missing from a mapfile layer then that layer
can't be queried. Most mapfiles have a dummy value in the TEMPLATE variable
just to allow query-ability. In other words, 'ttt' most likely doesn't
exist... I like to use 'nepas.html' for my dummy value in mapfiles used with
the FIST (http://datashare.gis.unbc.ca/fist/).
