To kill the two last mapSizes, you should add an empty mapSize like this:

mapSizesActive = true
mapSizesDefault = 0

mapSizes.0.label = 400x300
mapSizes.0.width = 400
mapSizes.0.height = 300

mapSizes.1.label = 800x600
mapSizes.1.width = 800
mapSizes.1.height = 600

mapSizes.2.label =
mapSizes.2.width =
mapSizes.2.height =

big and giant disappear,
