[Cartoweb-users] Demo 3.0.0

I do no know exactly when the class conflict appeared. The 3.0 was released 
in april 2005, so i would say any php version around that date would be 
fine. The doc of 3.0 say php 5.0.3. But recent version of cartoweb have not 
been tested on old php, so issues may occure.
