Hi Adriano,

WAMP 1.4.6 and greater come with PHP 5.1.x but mapscript.dll are until now
only available for PHP5.0.x (PHP extensions
DLLs are not compatible from one minor version to another).
So you must install WAMP 1.4.5a.
Please uninstall the WAMP version you installed and download the older
version
(http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/wampserver/wamp5_1.4.5a.exe?download)

then reinstall cartoweb and restart apache
