[Cartoweb-users] Failure - class: SoapFaultWrapper

Hi List,

I have tried to setup a new Cartoweb project...following the instructions 
given at: http://cartoweb.org/cwiki/HowToCreateANewProject

When i try to view the project i see the usual errors:

Before you think, this may be because i have not included the following line 
in php.ini
extension=php_soap.dll
I can assure you I have!

Any other help greatly appreciated
