Hi Victor,

Did you restarted Apache after installing wamp 1.4.5a and cartoweb 3.1 ?
Clic on the Wamp icone on the bottom-right of your screen and select
Restart.
Then, in your browser, go to http://localhost/cartoweb3/htdocs/client.php

If it is still not working, tell me the exact error message that appear on
your screen.
