[Cartoweb-users] Different versions of CW and Layers Plugin

Are you sure that there’s nothing else to do? Because I still have the same
problem
.the parameter layers don’t appear in the variable $request


So I try to checkout the CVS and I move my last project on
but the result is
the same
.no layers added! :-(

Can you tell me more explicitly please where the layers parameter is
transmitted between the pop-up where the layer is choosen and the
ClienLayers.php of the coreplugin Layers?



I tried to print some print_r or some alert in the php and the javascript,
but I don’t manage to find the way a layer is transmitted when it is
selected. I know that there is a parameter selected which is set to 1 when
the layer is selected but “where does it do”?  

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Hello,

updating the /htdocs/js/dhtml*.js from CVS should do the trick. The bug is
due to the introduction of an AJAX layer in the CVS version of CartoWeb.

In fact, updating dhtmlAPI.js only should correct the problem. However, the
dhtml*.js files are coupled together; updating them all is better.

It comes from layers.tpl in
cartoweb3/coreplugins/layers/templates/layers.tpl in line 15.
(onclick="javascript:updateChecked('{$element.nodeId}');

    CartoWeb.trigger('Layers.LayerShowHide');)

So, the layer is not selected and then, the parameter layers in $request is
empty
.

 

Any idea about that?

Hi list,

 

Still working with two different versions (CVS version and “~3.2.0” version
like I said in preceding email) I have a problem with Layers Plugin.

In the CVS version, when I choose a layer in my tree (list of layers
displayed in a pop-up) there’s nothing in the request var (when I try to
print_r ($request) the parameter layers is absent, so it is empty
...the
same behaviour for openNodes )

 

Any idea?

Do I need to modify something to return my selected layers in the CVS
version?
