the shapefile filename (on your computer in the data/ directory, as you specified with the SHAPEPATH parameter) must be the same as the DATA parameter of your layer in your mapfile.
in other words:
if your shapfile filename is Temperatura.shp, then you must write: DATA "Temperatura.shp" in your mapfile.
if your layer's NAME is "temperatura", then in your layers.ini you must use layers.ambiente.msLayer = temperatura
layer and data source can have different name, but you must be sure to have the correct value at the correct place.
also, be careful with uppercase letters in shapefile filename. This may sometimes cause problem. I would recommend to rename your shapefile filename all in lowercase letters (if you make that modification, dont forget to correct the value of the DATA in your layer).
