Hi Daniel,
if the cache system do not work correctly, please check the rights on the cache folder are correctly set. Maybe apache(php) do not have the correct rights to clear the folder content.
If you do, in command line, a cw3setup-php --clear, does it display correctly afterward ?

  Hello list, Until now all this working well, thanks to you. What happens now is that I select thematic (to layer) and this to me not refreshing the map, after several times refreshes the map, that is problems of Cache? like  disconnect the Cache?
