concerning proj on windows, i seem to recall there is a problem with the path, as its fixed by default to some predefined value and nothing will work beside that.
the manual installation instructions for windows can be found there
http://www.cartoweb.org/doc/cw3.2/xhtml/appendix.windows_manual_install.html#appendix.windows_manual_install.mapserver
proj compiled for windows there
ftp://ftp.remotesensing.org/proj/proj446_win32_bin.zip
If you already tried that, please ignore this message
No i 've tried :
my path
Path=c:\program files\imagemagick-5.5.7-q8;C:\WINDOWS\system32;C:\WINDOWS;C:\WIN

and :
PROJ_LIB=C:\wamp\proj\nad
I've also checked the c:/ in php.ini to c:\, and fixed the wrong // in thoses path.
but nothing work.
What i want to now, it there is someon that can say : proj.dll (exe files are working) works on my window station : i've never seen that :
i've asked an other cartoweb learner, it doesn't work on it's station .
There are no sample application using that feature.
soi the question is: are you sure that proj.dll works ?
