[Cartoweb-users] user defined metadata

Hi,

I would like to add user defined variables to the metadata to my mapfile and retrievie these variables in a plugin.

The location plugin already uses the metadata but when i trie to add some variables to the metadata, i can't see them in the list of variables in the location plugin. 
Maybe there is some filtering of metadata but i cant find the function responsible for it.
