[Cartoweb-users] new directory in generated one

if you created that folder in the /generated/ folder, it will get cleaned 
automatically
if you want to keep the files, either you create the folder elsewhere and 
you change the path where the files are saved in your plugin, or you modify 
the cw3setup script to ignore that folder
