Hi,

there is no difference for cartoweb between a shape or WMS layer. It's
all done by mapserver.

Have you tried to put a shape in wgs84? Does it work?

I can't reach your website, it's not public.

Does your mapserver support gif?

Is the layer loaded by cartoweb? layers.ini?

regards,

Emmanuel
