[Cartoweb-users] FullExtend via AJAX

well, this function does not seem to have been ajaxified yet.
its missing an ajax return from the php and its handling in javascript. and
since its not really a important feature, it seems to have been put aside
till someone has the time to take care of it.

you are welcome if you want to provide a patch for this
