Hi Andre

for the moment one have to do the layers.ini file by hand, I dont know any tool to generate that automatically

about your error message, the "Warning: filemtime() " part let me think that maybe the file can not be read or accessed. Check the access right on that file or the directory and also see if another program is not using the file and prevening other to read it.
thats only a supposition as I have never encoutered such error before.
