[Cartoweb-users] ToolTips addendum

After getting over most ToolTips problems, two new ones are here:

1. In IE7(IE6) the tool tips do not work at all

At the first load of the cartoweb IE7 throws:
'addEventListener.' is null or not an object

Afterwards the famous "IE debugger" complains about:

'AjaxPlugins.ToolTips._result' is null or not an object
and later, obviously related:
'this._result' is null or not an object


2. The Pan tool in all browsers requires two tries to work. The first "grab"
does not move the map, the second does.
