Hi
an error occured when the setup script tried to uncompress the archive containing cartoweb's includes
so first check that tar is installed correctly on your system
or maybe the archive file didnt download correctly or completly and tar failed to open it.
try downloading manually http://www.cartoweb.org/downloads/cw3.4/cartoweb-includes-3.4.0.tar.gz
and manually untar it somewhere.
if it works, you can copy the include folder into the cartoweb3 folder and, if it doesnt already exist, add a new text file, named "version" and containing "3.4.0" (with no line return!) in the include folder. This file tell the setup script what version of the include files are installed.
Once you have the includes correclty installed you can use again the cw3setup script to complete the setup sequence.
regards
Oliver
