sadely im not well knowledgable in compilation matter and I cant answer your
question

but are you trying to use the WMSBrowser plugin in Cartoweb 3.3 ?
if so I would advice you to not use it. It is quite limited and partly
buged.
a modified version of that plugin will be integrated soon, which doesnt
requite the chameleon library.
