  Before all things here my technical environment: I am under windows XP,
  and I use the version 3.3.0 of cartoweb.

  My problem has already been mentioned in this post ( http://lists.maptools.org/pipermail/cartoweb-users/2007-February/002074.html). Indeed since the
  activation of the plugin toolTips, I must do two clicks on my
  map so that the displacement is taken in account. All the other tools 
  work perfectly. I tried the code provided in the post but it doesn't do
  anything in my project.
