[Cartoweb-users] 403 Forbidden

it seems the problem comes from Apache's Directory access rule.

look in the file httpd.conf (in C:\wamp\Apache2\conf) and check if you have this line at the bottom:
Include "c:/wamp/apache2/conf/cartoweb3.conf"

then check this cartoweb3.conf file and verify it is like this:

<Directory c:/wamp/www/cartoweb3>
 Action php-script /php/php-cgi.exe
 AddHandler php-script .php .html
 Options ExecCGI Indexes
</Directory>

if it still doesnt work, edit the file like this:

<Directory c:/wamp/www/cartoweb3>
 Action php-script /php/php-cgi.exe
 AddHandler php-script .php .html
 Options ExecCGI Indexes
 Order allow,deny
 Allow from all
</Directory>
