[Cartoweb-users] converting .ini.in files into .ini configurationfiles

hi,
thx...i have a suggestion:
this is not obvious at all...it is a bit strange to me running a setup
script numerous times during development... maybe another parameter
such as
<PHP-INTERPRETER> cw3setup.php --compile-ini
is more logical
