I got two problems with the ToolTips plugin.

After activating the pan icon I can't move the map immediatly. I first have to click on the map and only then I can move the map. Same game for the second move. I deactivated the ToolTips plugin in the .ini files and the pan function works fine. Any idea how to solve this problem?

There is an ugly error message in case i don't interact on the map for a long time and then i move the mouse over the map. This must be because of a timeout. When I do a reload of the map it will be shown on full extent. How can I prevent the error message or write something like "Timeout. Please reload the map!"


Then I have an other question about the static tools.

The distance mesuring is on meters at the moment. I would like to mesure on the decimeter. Where can I change the precision? For example instead of 54 m I want 54.3 m as output.
