Hi Paul,

To me, the easiest way of doing it is either
- override the plugins/outline/templates/outlinelabel.tpl to add the
event as inline html element attribute (onmouseup="blabla")
- attach the event on page onload, e.g. in templates/dhtmlcode.tpl
