hello again

yesterday i tried to reinstall ms4w & cartoweb3 on my pc.
i also installed gettext. on the dos-shell i got this error message :

...

so i reinstall cartoweb3 again without gettext.
no error message was shown.

i still can't open the CartoWeb basic project (
http://localhost/cartoweb3/htdocs/client.php) but now i can open the
CartoWeb demo project (http://localhost/cartoweb3/htdocs/demoCW3.php)

the line extension=php_soap.dll is uncommented (no ;) in file
C:\ms4w\Apache\cgi-bin\php.ini

how can i open the CartoWeb basic project?
can i ignore it?
is there any possible error in later stages if i can't open it?

thank you
<http://localhost/cartoweb3/htdocs/client.php>
