something like /etc/php5/apache2/php.ini but it may depends of your installation.
do a "locate php.ini" to find out exactly.

  Hi,

  the dbase extension is needed if you activate the wmsbrowser plugin.

  if you need the wmsbrowser plugin, enable the dbase extension in your php.ini
  if you dont need the wmsbrowser plugin, remove it from your client.ini ( and client.ini.in if it exists)

    Hello 

    I have a big problem with my Cartoweb application.

    1- I modified this file in order to test a property

    public_html/cartoweb3/client_conf/cartoclientLogger.properties.dist

    I put  ;  just before these lines


          log4php.appender.A1=LoggerAppenderFile
          log4php.appender.A1.file="LOG_HOME/cartoclient.log"
          log4php.appender.A1.layout=LoggerLayoutTTCC  

    I did this line code for refresh my application
    php cw3setup.php --install --base-url http://ids.gers.cci.fr/cartoweb3/htdocs/grisi.php?

    But now I have a error message like that

          message: dbase extension required. Please load it in php.ini file.

    public_html/cartoweb3/client_conf/cartoclientLogger.properties.dist
