[Cartoweb-users] problems witn projects

I have a project, but if I select one layer, sometimes brings me which is sometimes brings me see another layer or different. I do that 

Http://200.21.193.190/cartoweb3/htdocs/silos.php 

Where there is a manual showing how to configure either for a project in cartoweb?
