[Cartoweb-users] win32 exception.

Hello to everyone.
I try to run a project and get the following nessage:

*Visual studio just-in-/time debugger

       *an unhadled win32 exception occured in 
php-cgi.exe[3492].Just-in-time debugging this exception failed with the
       following error:No installed debugger has just-in-time debugging 
enabled.


Any help please?
