[Cartoweb-users] Problem with PostGIS connection

Hello all, 
I try to install the Tooltips plugin. 
But I know about the new version since 2007. 

I try to connnect my geographic data from a database PostGIS but it doesn't in my map. 
This is the mapfile with th econnection
