[Cartoweb-users] Problem with Cartoweb basic setup

hi

set the cartoclientBaseUrl in the main client.ini file 
(cartoweb3/client_conf/client.ini)
or create a shortcut file for your project 
(http://www.cartoweb.org/cwiki/HowToCreateANewProject?#head-a8984da68c74273b7e44412a547cb9f6b8146c01)
