[Cartoweb-users] Error in Publishing My Own Data

Hi,all

I'm new to CartoWeb Software and i completed the reading of the CartoWeb
Documentation.

I installed the CartoWeb Product
Using:
Windows Install with Win32 Installer (MS4W 2.2.6Setup.exe +
Cartoweb-setup-3.4.0-win32.exe)
as describe in that link

and all Run well (demos).

when I want to do my own site(with my own data"Shape files") I followed the
steps included in

How to Create a NewProject

the tutorial  run well(Using the france Map).

when I customize the project to add my own shape file instead of it and run
the project

the following error  appear,Please any one can help me to solve this error.
            Hint: you should customize this template (failure.tpl) in your
